I’m a 27-year old masters graduate who loves working in content creation, digital marketing, public relations and social media. I have a Master in Media and Communications with a major in strategic communications. 

I have 5  years of experience working in communcations, and I’m learning more every day. I have worked on political campaigns, local businesses, and not-for-profits. I love to tell stories about organisations that are passionate about what they do and then bring the brands alive!

Corangamite Catchment Authority

Communications Graduate

In my current role at the Corangmite Catchment Authority I’ve  had  the opportunity to work across  all  levels  of the  organisation  in a variety of communications activities. We’ve recently just finished delivering of the $1m Community Grants Program which I worked on writing of media releases, working with the media, designing advertisements for print, and delivering those advertisements to local news sheets. For  this  campaign we’ve run community workshops, we’re I’ve assisted with the design of presentations, and technical support to the online events.

I’ve   also  recently started working on the Regional  Catchment Strategy which has included it’s own advertising  campaigns, communications  plans,  video scripting, and social media.

TAS Bath & Kitchen Resurfacing

Digital Marketing (Contract)

I worked for TAS Bath & Kitchen Resurfacing for 4 years. It has been an amazing experience I had the opportunity to completely overhaul their digital strategy.

This has meant overseeing the design of a new logo, website, and marketing the business online. The results have been amazing with ROIs of 1000%+, 70+ leads a month, and the videos being watched over 14,000 times together.

The business has now expanded out to have two operators full time. I’m incredibly proud of how far the business has come. We’re still pushing to create business wherever we can find it and improve on our services.

Melbourne Webfest

April 2019 – Current

Digital Coordinator (Volunteer)

Delivered the website for Melbourne Webfest. Worked closely the director, content and design teams.

Digital Assistant (Contract)

Helped the digital marketing manager in the campaign for Kooyong. This included pulling video, and radio from the ABC, editing videos, and more.

Oliver Yates was able to win +9.8% of the primary with the assistance of our campaign. 

Advanced Training

Designed and implemented the email marketing strategy for Advanced Training. I’ve also helped the brand achieve a social media presence on Twitter & Linkedin.

I’ve helped the company increase a whopping 16.45% increase in sales, achieving a record of 10,000 visitors to the website in the first month alone. My email automation tactics were also able to help one sales guy achieve $27k in one week

Build Adivsor

April 2018 – October 2018

Social Media Manager

Created and implemented social media strategy for startup Build Advisor.

Achieved a 7,500 reach per month with a 7% engagement rate. One post received 23 shares, 42 comments, and 73 engagements.

The Last Straw

Jun 2016 – Feb 2017

Social Media Manager

I volunteered for The Last Straw assisting with their social media management, and content design. I worked to produce, film and edit the training video which has had over 11,000 views on social media.

I helped the founder to double their likes from 800->2200. This has led to 60+ business pledging to go straw free and meeting our goals in the organisation.
